REFUND POLICY

1. OBJECT

This Refund Policy regulates the conditions applicable to returns, refunds and cancellations related to the purchase of digital or online content offered through this platform, including but not limited to courses, memberships, subscriptions, downloadable material, videos, ebooks and other digital products.

2. NATURE OF DIGITAL CONTENT

The content sold is digital in nature and is delivered immediately or through online access after payment confirmation. Due to this nature, the product is not subject to physical return.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations on electronic commerce and consumer protection:

The customer acknowledges that, once access, download or viewing of the digital content has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.

By making the purchase, the customer expressly accepts that the execution of the service begins immediately and consents to the loss of the right of withdrawal.

4. EXCEPTIONS AND REFUNDS

Refund requests may only be evaluated in the following cases:

  • Technical failures attributable to the platform that prevent access to content for an extended period.
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges or incorrect amounts).
  • Content not delivered or inaccessible due to causes beyond the user's control.

In these cases, the user must contact support within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the purchase date.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • User change of mind.
  • Lack of use of the purchased content.
  • Incompatibility of content with user devices or software not specified as compatible.
  • Failure to meet the minimum technical requirements previously indicated.

6. REQUEST PROCEDURE

To request a return or refund review, the user must:

  • Send a written request through official contact channels.
  • Indicate the order number, purchase date and detailed reason for the request.
  • Provide, if applicable, evidence of the technical problem.

The request will be evaluated and a response will be given within a maximum period of 10 business days.

7. REFUND METHOD

In case of approval, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

If the content is offered under a subscription model:

  • The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time.
  • Cancellation will not imply the refund of amounts already paid.
  • Access to content will be maintained until the end of the contracted period.

9. FRAUDULENT USE

The platform reserves the right to reject refund requests when abusive or fraudulent use of content is detected, including unauthorized reproduction, download or distribution.

10. MODIFICATIONS

The company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications will be published on the platform and will be applicable from their publication date.

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

This policy is governed by current legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection in the country where the company operates.
