1. Introduction

This Cookies Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on socialnet.bot (the "Platform"), owned by SOCIALNETBOT, S.L.. Its purpose is to inform you, clearly and transparently, about which cookies we use, why we use them and how you can manage them.

This Policy complements our Privacy Policy and has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, the EU ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable data protection regulations.

3. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites download to your browser or device when you visit certain pages. 4.1 By managing entity
  • First-party cookies: Cookies sent to the user's device from domains managed by socialnet.bot.
  • Third-party cookies: Cookies sent to the user's device from a domain managed by a third party (e.g., Google or Stripe) that processes data collected through the cookies.
4.2 By retention period
  • Session cookies: Collect and store data only during the user's browsing session. They are deleted when the browser is closed.
  • Persistent cookies: Data remains stored on the device and can be accessed for a period defined by the cookie controller (from minutes to several years).

5. Cookie types by purpose

  • Necessary Strictly necessary for the Platform to function, for user authentication, security (CSRF protection) and payment processing. No consent is required for these cookies under applicable e-Privacy rules.
  • Functional Allow us to remember user preferences (language, "remember me") to enhance the user experience.
  • Analytics Allow us to measure and analyse user behaviour on an aggregated and anonymous basis in order to improve the service.
  • Marketing :site_name does not currently use marketing or behavioural advertising cookies. Should we introduce them in the future, prior consent will be requested and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
