18 U.S.C. §2257 / §2257A Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

1. Statement of Compliance

All persons depicted in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on socialnet.bot were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time such depictions were created.

2. Record-Keeping and Availability for Inspection

Where applicable, records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained in accordance with the law and are available for inspection during normal business hours.

socialnet.bot is an online platform that enables independent third-party content providers ("Creators") to upload and distribute content.

For content produced and uploaded by independent Creators, the applicable Creator is the primary producer of such content and is responsible for maintaining the original age-verification records for each performer depicted, as required by law.

The operator of socialnet.bot maintains appropriate compliance records related to the operation of the service and requires Creators—by contract and onboarding controls—to verify age and obtain written consent from every person depicted in their content.
