Adult Content Policy & Prohibited Content Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This Adult Content Policy & Prohibited Content Policy (the "Policy") applies to socialnet.bot and all associated subdomains through which content is made available, accessed, or purchased.

socialnet.bot operates as a user-generated content (UGC) platform that enables independent, verified Creators to publish and monetise their own content. The operator does not produce content; all media is uploaded by third-party Creators under their sole responsibility.

2. Eligibility — Age Requirement (18+)

Every individual who registers as a Creator, appears or is depicted in any content published on the platform, or accesses age-restricted material must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Any indication or suspicion that a minor may be involved in any capacity — as a Creator, co-performer, or subject — will result in the immediate removal of the content, suspension of the related account, and, where required, referral to the relevant law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

3. Consent and Performer Verification

Before any content is published, the uploading Creator must hold and provide evidence of:

• Valid age verification (government-issued ID or equivalent) for every person visually depicted in the content.
• Written, informed consent from every person depicted, confirming their voluntary participation and agreement to publication on the platform.

When a co-performer (any person other than the uploading Creator) appears in the content:

• The co-performer must complete the platform's identity and age-verification process before publication.
• The co-performer must sign a specific release or consent form authorising the use of the content.

4. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on socialnet.bot. Uploading, sharing, or promoting any such material will lead to immediate removal, account suspension or termination, and potential referral to authorities:

• Content depicting, involving, or suggesting the involvement of minors, youths, or visually age-ambiguous individuals in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, or extortion.
• Content related to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the facilitation of prostitution.
• Bestiality or any sexual acts involving animals.
• Content depicting real incest. Fantasy or role-play scenarios between consenting, verified adults may be permitted provided they contain no reference to minors and are clearly labelled as fictional.
• Extreme violence, gore, mutilation, or torture portrayed in a sexual context, or that is otherwise illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, or hate speech targeting any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
• Impersonation of another person, non-consensual deepfakes, AI-generated likenesses used without explicit permission, or revenge pornography.
• Doxxing, disclosure of private or personal data of any third party without their consent.
• Promotion or facilitation of illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or any other form of illegal commerce.
• Fraudulent schemes, scams, misleading billing practices, or deceptive financial conduct.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Content Moderation and Review

Pre-publication review

All content submitted by Creators is subject to review before it becomes publicly available. Content that does not comply with this Policy will be rejected, and the Creator will be notified of the reason.

Ongoing moderation

Published content is monitored on a continuous basis using both automated tools and manual review. socialnet.bot reserves the right to remove, restrict, or de-list any content at any time if a potential violation is identified.

Audit trail

All moderation decisions — approvals, rejections, and removals — are logged with timestamps and rationale to maintain a complete audit trail.

6. Reporting, Complaints, and Removal Requests

socialnet.bot provides a dedicated channel for reporting potentially infringing or harmful content. You may submit your report through our contact and support form:

Through this channel, the following requests are processed:

• Reports from any user who encounters content that appears to violate this Policy.
• Removal requests from persons depicted in content who wish to have their likeness withdrawn.
• Appeals from Creators whose content has been removed or whose accounts have been restricted.

When a report raises a reasonable concern, the content may be pre-emptively unpublished while the investigation is ongoing. We aim to respond to all reports within a reasonable time frame.

7. Enforcement and Sanctions

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, socialnet.bot may apply any combination of the following measures:

• Rejection of specific content before publication.
• Removal or restriction of already-published content.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the Creator's account.
• Withholding or clawback of pending payouts when associated with policy violations.
• Referral to law-enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies when the violation constitutes a criminal offence.
